2025-26 Club & Team Fees

Club Softball Fees & Payment Schedule
Club Softball fees are set at the team level. Fees are all-inclusive and include:
- Registration – AFA, PGF, TC, Alliance, USA Softball player membership and other administrative costs. Three (3) game jerseys, two (2) practice jerseys and one (1) helmet sticker.
- Club Fees – Administration, insurance, marketing, banking, and equipment.
- Team Fees – League registration, tournaments, equipment, facility rentals, batting cages, referees, clinics, sports performance, stipends for head coach.
Club Payment Schedule:
- 10U-14U (11 payments) – July 15, August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15, January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15
Fundraising
- Sponsors
All players are encouraged to solicit sponsorship for their team, all sponsors are due by July 15, 2024. Sponsors can be local businesses, families, etc and they will receive a tax donation form.- $500 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website
- $1000 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments
- $1500 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments, Logo on training jerseys
- $2000 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments, Logo on training jerseys, Gala Invite (2 tickets)
- 75% of sponsor monies go directly toward your child’s account. 25% will go to your team.
- Online Donations
The club will provide an online donation platform for every team and child. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help each athlete raise funds (100%) that will go directly to their dues and help offset the costs for you. - Other
