What an incredible night at the Big Tin Cotton Gin! Our 9th Annual Paladin Gala was a resounding success, raising over $75,000, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. The amazing energy from our table hosts and the support from our generous donors and sponsors made this event truly memorable and record-breaking for Paladin. Here’s a recap of the fantastic night we had!

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the table hosts who invited guests to their themed tables and brought the energy to the party! The table themes were creative and thoughtful — our top 3 vote getters were “Redneck Yacht Club”, “Swipe Right” and “Night at the Museum.” With its largest Gala turnout ever, over 240 incredibly generous attendees, Paladin Sports Outreach was able to raise a record-breaking amount of money for it’s faith-based recreational and club sports programming.

Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our volunteers, Paladin staff and board, as well as the Big Tin Cotton Gin for graciously hosting the Paladin Gala. Your stunning venue provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night of (fun)draising. Thank you for your support and hospitality!

“Seeing the support from the community to come out and make this a completely record-breaking event was overwhelming,” said Paladin Sports Director of Relationships and Revenue Ty Schraufnagel. “We know people love Paladin, but the overwhelming generosity from our guests and sponsors wanting to support Paladin’s purpose of combining the power of Jesus, sports, and pouring into this next generation was incredible.”

Overall, the event was a huge success, not only in terms of the funds raised, but also in terms of the sense of community and camaraderie that our fundraising events continue to support. We want to emphasize that we are incredibly grateful to all of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and participants who helped make this event such a great success. Without their support, none of this would have been possible. We’re already looking forward to the 10th Annual Paladin Gala which will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025.
