Youth Sports Missionary Opportunities in Denver
Paladin Sports Outreach is building faith-based sports programs in the Denver Metro area, and we’re inviting missionary-minded leaders to help reach kids and families through sport.
Denver is a city shaped by growth, mobility, and an active lifestyle. Families are drawn to strong youth sports communities, outdoor culture, and a high value on performance and achievement. Yet beneath the surface, many families are searching for deeper meaning, belonging, and spiritual grounding.
As Denver continues to expand, relationships can feel temporary and fragmented. Youth sports often become one of the few consistent touchpoints for families—but they rarely address character formation or faith development in intentional ways.
Paladin’s model brings discipleship into that space. By pairing high-quality sports programming with faith-based leadership, we aim to create environments where kids grow not only as athletes, but as people of character—supported by leaders who care deeply about their spiritual and relational development.
As a Youth Sports Missionary, you’ll help lead:
Sports, age groups, and launch timelines may vary by area.
This role goes beyond game-day responsibilities. Youth Sports Missionaries are culture-setters, disciple-makers, and relationship builders.
If you’re looking only to coach practices and games, this may not be the right fit.
If you feel called to lead people, this might be exactly where God is guiding you.
Formal coaching experience is helpful but not required. Character, consistency, and calling matter most.
This process ensures clarity, protection, and alignment—for you and the families we serve.
The Applications are currently being accepted through February 28, 2026.
