2026-27 Club & Team Fees

Club Softball Fees & Payment Schedule

Club Softball fees are set at the team level. Fees are all-inclusive and include:

  • Registration – Includes PGF & AFA player memberships, team equipment, and Uniform Package – Three (3) game jerseys, two (2) practice jerseys and one (1) helmet sticker.
  • Club/Team Fees – League registration, tournaments, equipment, facility rentals, batting cages, administration, insurance, marketing, banking, referees, clinics, sports performance, coach stipends.

Club Payment Schedule:

  • Registration- July ($180)
  • 10U-18U Monthly Dues – $225 (can vary depending on team)

Fundraising

  • Sponsors
    All players are encouraged to solicit sponsorship for their team, all sponsors are due by July 15, 2026. Sponsors can be local businesses, families, etc and they will receive a tax donation form.

    • $500 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website
    • $1000 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments
    • $1500 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments, Logo on training jerseys
    • $2000 Sponsorship – Social Media, Tax Deduction, Logo on Website, Logo on Banner hung at tournaments, Logo on training jerseys, Gala Invite (2 tickets)
    • 75% of sponsor monies go directly toward your child’s account. 25% will go to your team.
  • Online Donations
    The club will provide an online donation platform for every team and child. The purpose of this fundraiser is to help each athlete raise funds (100%) that will go directly to their dues and help offset the costs for you.
  • Other
    At the discretion of each team and their coach, additional fundraising opportunities may be available.
