Paladin Sports Outreach Hits Another Milestone: Over 1,000 Kids to Open Our Spring Sports in Arizona

This weekend marks yet another major milestone for Paladin Sports Outreach, as over 1,000 children across Arizona are set to take the field in the organization’s Spring recreational sports programs.

With youth athletes participating in San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, East Mesa, Glendale, Casa Grande, and Maricopa, Paladin continues to expand its impact and commitment to making youth sports both accessible and Christ-centered. Saturday’s kickoff represents the largest single-season launch of recreational programming in Arizona since the organization’s founding in 2008.

“This moment is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do,” said Jason Best, Founder of Paladin Sports Outreach. “To see over a thousand kids playing, learning, and growing together through sport — that’s the heart of our mission. We’re here to build community, shape character, and help families encounter Jesus through every practice and game.”

In addition to its Spring recreational launch, Paladin Club sports programs are also in full swing this weekend, with more than 300 athletes competing across Arizona. The growing Club programming offers another layer of competitive development for families seeking Christ-centered sports experiences at every level.

Paladin’s Spring growth reflects its long-standing dedication to affordability, inclusion, and intentional faith-based mentorship. With the lowest registration fees in the region and a model built to serve underserved communities, Paladin remains at the forefront of accessible youth sports programming.

And the momentum isn’t slowing down. With additional Arizona locations set to launch this Fall, the Paladin team is preparing for even more opportunities to serve families across the state.

Paladin Sports Outreach continues to invite families, businesses, and churches to partner with them in their mission to Change the Culture of Sports — one athlete, one family, and one community at a time
