Year-round football fun at Paladin Sports Flag Football
Paladin Sports Outreach Youth Flag Football is a recreational sports program for boys and girls ages 5-10 years old in the NW Metro Minneapolis communities of Anoka, Champlin, Ramsey, Andover, Coon Rapids, Dayton, Brooklyn Park and surrounding areas.
Our Flag Football program is offered multiple times throughout the year. Each season runs for six weeks and flag football teams are led by parent volunteer coaches who will teach your child the fundamentals and basics of the sport while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and most of all, fun!
Your child will also be introduced to a new character trait and memory verse each week at practice so they can learn the value of being a good teammate! Throughout the week our flag football coaches and staff share the message of Jesus with our little athletes and pray before games to further give the glory to God!

- 6-game season + one practice per week
- Registration Fee:
- Early Bird: $75 per child
- Late: $90 per child
- Discounts are available for coaches and families with multiple children participating, regardless of age or sport.
- Divisions:
- 5-6 year olds
- 7-8 year olds
- 9-10 year olds
- Game Days: Saturday
- Game Location: Rick Sorenson Park
- Practice Times & Locations: Practices are held in a variety of communities, dependent on your community & coach
- Each child will receive a program t-shirt and team photo
- Cleats are encouraged, but optional
2025 Program Dates
- Fall 1 Season: September 6 – October 11
- Early Bird Registration: June 9 – July 20
- Late Registration: July 21 – August 3
