What Does a Youth Sports Missionary Do?

As a youth sporting director, you will be a local culture-setter, disciple-maker, relationship builder, and community leader.

  • Launch and lead faith-based youth sports programs.
  • Recruit, develop, and support coaches and volunteers.
  • Bring weekly devotions and discipleship into the sports experience.
  • Build partnerships with churches, schools, and community organizations.
  • Create service and outreach opportunities for local families.
