Youth Sports Ministry Opportunities in Las Vegas

Paladin Sports Outreach is building faith-based sports programs in the Las Vegas Metro area, and we’re inviting missionary-minded leaders to help reach kids and families through sport.

Why Las Vegas?

Las Vegas is often known for what happens on the Strip—but real life happens in neighborhoods, schools, and youth sports leagues across the valley. Thousands of families pour time and energy into sports as a primary source of community, structure, and identity for their kids.

At the same time, many families in Las Vegas experience transience, isolation, and a lack of long-term relational roots. Churches and community organizations often struggle to connect consistently with families who are busy, mobile, and stretched thin.

Paladin Sports Outreach exists to meet families where they already are—on fields and courts—and introduce a different kind of culture: one rooted in faith, consistency, and authentic relationships. We believe sports can become a stabilizing force and a doorway to discipleship in a city hungry for connection and purpose.

What Leadership Looks Like in Las Vegas

As a Youth Sports Missionary, you’ll help lead:

  • Faith-based youth sports teams and seasons
  • Weekly team devotions and discipleship moments
  • Coaches and volunteers as small-group leaders
  • Community service and outreach initiatives
  • Partnerships with churches, schools, and local organizations

Sports, age groups, and launch timelines may vary by area.

More Than Coaching

This role goes beyond game-day responsibilities. Youth Sports Missionaries are culture-setters, disciple-makers, and relationship builders.

If you’re looking only to coach practices and games, this may not be the right fit.

If you feel called to lead people, this might be exactly where God is guiding you.

Ideal Candidates in Las Vegas
