What is the format of the program?

We have two formats for our Lil’ Pals programs, please see the specific Academy you are interested in for more details.

“Saturdays-Only” Format: In this style of program children participate in a 45-60 minute instructor-led session on Saturdays, there are no weekly practices. Sessions can last 2-6 weeks depending on the program. Parent-involvement is mandatory in this program format.

Team Format: In this style of program children are placed on a team with a volunteer coach. The coach will schedule and administer one weekly 45-60 minute practice. There is also a weekly Saturday game. Program seasons typically last 6 weeks. Coaches for 3-year old teams may elect not to have a weekly practice.

How can I sponsor my child’s team?

You, or someone you know, can sponsor your child’s team for just $125 and receive your name (individual, family, or company) on the back of each player’s program t-shirt for that team! Visit the Sponsorship page under for the Academy you are participating in.

What is a Lil’ Pals Academy?

A Lil’ Pals Academy is a multi-week instructional sports academy for young children (please see specific academy for ages). The Lil’ Pal Academies provide an opportunity for parents to work one on one with their children introducing the fun and fundamentals of a specific sport.

The goal of each of our academies is to introduce sports to young children in a safe and non-competitive environment with a focus on responsibility, teamwork, and fun!

Why did the price go up?

You will notice that our fees have increased slightly for 2012. The increase will go toward enhancing our programs and help us to cover the increasing costs of equipment and fields. The price increase will also allow us to have on-site storage to ease the burden on our volunteers.

When are practices?

Practice days and times are determined prior to each program by your child’s coach. We value our volunteer coaches and we cater to their schedules.
