Baseball Academy

The Lil’ Pals Baseball Academy is a 6-week instructional sports academy for 6-7 year olds*. Our experienced volunteer coaches will teach your child advanced fundamentals and basics of baseball while promoting teamwork, safety and most of all, fun!

This is a recreational sports program and introduction to baseball — this is not a Little League program. This program is limited to 40 children.

Practice Schedule

The Lil’ Pals Baseball Academy practices will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at JO Combs Traditional Academy beginning Tuesday, February 14. Please make sure your child brings a glove. They should also be wearing cleats or closed toed athletic shoes.

2012 Spring Academy Details

  • 6-game season + 2 practices per week
  • Registration Fee: $40 per child
  • Ages: 6-7 year olds*
  • Game Dates: Saturday mornings, February 18 – March 24
  • Game Location: J.O. Combs Traditional Academy
  • Practice Locations: J.O. Combs Traditional Academy
  • Each child will receive a program t-shirt, cap & a trophy
  • Fielding gloves are required; cleats and bats are optional

* All 6-year old participants must have at least 2 years of t-ball experience.
