Background Screening Process

Paladin Sports Outreach utilizes Critical Research to perform a background check on all its volunteers and coaches.

To begin the background screening process, please click on the link below. This will take you to Critical Research’s secure website to gather some basic information needed to process your background check.

The pink boxes on the registration form are required fields, so please be sure to complete all necessary information. Note that once you click Enter Order on the background check page, the next page will ask you to sign an online consent form authorizing the background check.  Use your mouse to sign your authorization.

After signing the consent using mouse:

• Click “Save Signature”
• Then click “View Signed Release”
• Last, click “Submit this Order”.
